Grow Restaurants operates with a simple mission: to serve the best possible dishes in a genuinely hospitable environment. The team's motto, “Local Tastes Better,” is as true today as it was when they were a single shop in the brand's beginnings. Grow Restaurants group partners with local farms and purveyors to source the best local, sustainable, and all-natural ingredients available. Today, they operate concepts across the Columbus, Ohio area, including Harvest Pizzeria, The Sycamore and Cosecha Cocina. 
SuViche blends Peruvian and Asian influences to create cuisine with a kick. With a menu created by a Michelin trained superstar chef, Jamie Pesaque, SuViche blends the ingredients, traditions, and originality of these two cultures to create a new type of cuisine. Located in Miami, Florida, this innovative fast-casual restaurant chain strives to create unique dishes while redefining the fast-casual experience for its guests.

Staying true to the core elements that have made this bistro chain a fan favorite for almost three decades, Novecento takes care of its team members, its guests and its community. The first Buona Beef opened over thirty years ago, when the Buonavolanto family brought the unique preparation of Italian beef to the suburbs of Chicago. Today, over 25 locations operate in the Greater Chicago area, specializing in Italian beef, along with other dishes such as pizzas, and Chicago-style hot dogs.
