As an exciting update, the Tattle Team has released a handful of new features aimed at enhancing the utility of our platform from both a customer and user perspective.
We've listed each of the following feature updates below for your review, usage, and approval :)
Q3 2019 Industry CER Benchmarking
We have officially updated the CER Benchmarking within your dashboard to reflect the Q2 2019 CER as a benchmark for all future performance throughout Q3 2019.
To note, each quarter, we update the CER, which is determined by the weighted average of the Customer Experience Rating (1-5 Stars) across all our merchants who have received 30 feedback submissions or more.
With the launch of Snapshots, we have substantially increased both the granularity and actionability of our guest feedback data collected for our partners to unpredendeted levels compared to industry standards' more traditional survey and analysis formats.
However, through the adoption of Snapshots, we also wanted to ensure that when we do ask particular Operational Category questions that may, or may not, apply to a guest experience, we provide our partners with the ability to grant guests the optionality to skip a particular question based on their unique guest experience.
If you have an Operational Category, or two, that you would like to make skippable, please reach out to your Account Manager today!
Day Part Reporting:
Due to the popular demand of our partners, we have created and released a new report that allows our partners to dig deeper when assessing their operational performance by time of day.
Within the Generate Reports > Day Part Reports section of the merchant dashboard, our partners can now pull these reports in order to compare guest satisfaction Before 5pm and After 5pm. We would love any and all feedback as we prepare to continue building upon our day part analytics!
