Without further ado, I am excited to announce the release of the new Objectives Notifications. Powered by our A.I, this new feature release is a powerful upgrade that identifies the most opportunistic operational category for improvement, sets a monthly objective to be achieved for the respective operational category, and tracks its improvement over the course of the given month.
Through Objectives Notifications, all Single, Groupable, and Global Team Members will receive the following automated set of notifications to galvanize a singular focus of each location's team to improve the most opportunistic that will have the greatest impact on overall guest satisfaction (1-5 Star Rating):
1. Beginning of Month Objective Kick-off
2. Mid-Month Objective Progress
3. End of Month Objective Results
Global (C-Level) Objective Notifications:
With a focus on the overall enterprise, the Global (C-Level) Objective Notifications highlight the macro-efforts of the brand, which segments each operational category by the total number of locations working to improve each respective operational category. As the month progresses, Global (C-Level) team members are then updated on the total locations that are both ON and OFF TRACK of their respective monthly Objectives as each month progresses:
DM Objective Notifications:
With a focus on the particular group of locations, the Groupable (Area Manager or Multi-Unit Franchisee) Objective Notifications highlight the particular operational category to improve for each location. As the month progresses, Groupable (Area Manager or Multi-Unit Franchisee) team members are then updated for each location's progress with an ON and OFF TRACK status as each location team works to improve their respective monthly Objective:
GM Objective Notifications:
With a focus on the specific location, the Single (General Manager) Objective Notifications highlight the particular operational category to improve as well as the targeted factors that are contributing to guest dissatisfaction within their operational category. As the month progresses, Single (General Managers) team members are then provided updates into progress with specific rates (%) as they progress towards their respective monthly Objective:
