New Feature Release: Operational Categories Trends & Key Drivers

Hi All,

I hope everyone is having an incredible holiday!

In respects for the season of giving and appreciation, we would like to extend our gratitude with a present of our own... the release of a new dashboard feature!

C'mon, what else did you expect? :)

Today, we are extremely excited to introduce you to our newest Tattle dashboard feature: Operational Categories - Trend Analytics & Key Drivers that offers the ability to measure the percentage changes of your Operational Categories over time, e.g. Food, Service, Cleanliness, etc... as well as identify individual questions within your surveys that most impact the overall guest experience.

Operational Categories - Trend Analytics now provides the ability not only to track month over month or week over scoring to see changes over time, but also includes the ability to measure the same Operational Category, i.e. Food, across multiple channels, e.g. Retail and Digital Ordering:

Within each Operational Category, we have also added the ability to identify Key Drivers that are defined as questions that have the greatest impact on the overall guest experience, Customer Experience Rating (1-5 Stars). Using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient (correlating the score of the question with the Customer Experience Rating), we have indicated the strength of these questions by its signal strength within the Driver column:

We're extremely excited for the release of these data analytics views along with the ability to allow team members to double down on Key Drivers that assure high and statistically proven guest satisfaction.

As always, we can't wait to extend this feature release to you and look forward to hearing your continued feedback!
